McDerry is home to TOP RANKING IRISH SETTERS and
Quality winning show champion Labrador Retrievers since 1967.
A childs birthday wish for a gorgoues red dog started it all. For
over 40 years of dedication and commitment to the sport of
Purebred dogs McDerry setters and Labrador Retrievers have done
it all. The quality hunter, obedience contender, the tracking dog,
show champion ,therapy dogs and most of all the loved companion
have been a hobby that continues on for hopefully another decade.
Our Labrador Retrievers are of Eng/Am/Finnish/Swedish
bloodlines. All dogs have OFA hip/elbow, AND/ OR
PennHip/elbow, eye clear, and Optigen tested clearances.
Our Labs are great bed warmers and couch potatoes. Puppies are
kitchen raised and handled daily.They are guaranteed under State
Law and come with a complete puppy packet. All puppies are
wormed, innoculated, on heartworm prevention. All pet puppies
are sold on AKC Limited Registration and are expected to be
spayed/neutered. We will ship at your expense.
We believe in "Quality not Quanity" and usually have only one
litter a year.
We are members of the Penobscot Hunting Reteiever Club of
Maine, The Saco River Hunting Retriever Club and past members
of the Dog Tracking Club of Maine and Saccarrappa Obedience
Club of Maine.
